Terms & Conditions — Girang4D Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and Girang4D ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://girang4d.cam, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features made available therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by Girang4D, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Girang4D platform.

Girang4D is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for the Malaysian market, offering services to players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions of Malaysia. All services are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Platform" — refers to the Girang4D website, its subdomains, applications, and all services accessible through girang4d.cam.
• "User" / "Player" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Girang4D platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated in MYR.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a User's Account, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") — the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before a withdrawal request may be approved.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification; the identity and document verification process required before processing certain transactions.
• "Game" — any casino game, slot, live dealer table, sports bet, lottery draw, or arcade activity offered on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any jurisdiction in which access to or participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• "MYR" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on the Girang4D Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active Account.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of an employee of Girang4D or any of its associated entities.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by Girang4D due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Any false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.

Upon successful registration, Girang4D will create a unique Account for the User. You are required to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, and other details as requested during the registration process. All information submitted must be truthful and kept up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Girang4D shall bear no responsibility for losses sustained as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Girang4D reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point, including but not limited to a government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account access.

• Accounts inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly administration fee or closure at Girang4D's discretion.
• You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team.
• Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned via the original deposit method, subject to KYC verification and outstanding wagering requirements.

The Girang4D Platform is provided for lawful entertainment purposes only. By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or networks connected to the Platform.
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use any automated software, bot, script, spider, scraper, or similar tool to access or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from Girang4D.
• Circumvent or interfere with the security features of the Platform.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or jurisdiction in order to access restricted features.

Girang4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time and without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Girang4D accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and Binance Coin (BNB). Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 for e-wallets and cryptocurrency; RM50 for bank transfers and FPX, unless otherwise stated in the current promotion.
• Maximum Deposit: Varies by payment method; refer to the cashier section for current limits.
• Processing Time: E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited instantly. FPX and bank transfer deposits may take 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations.
• Withdrawals: Requests are processed within 10 minutes for DuitNow and FPX during normal operating hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take 15–60 minutes subject to network conditions.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the originating deposit, subject to Girang4D's anti-money laundering obligations.

Girang4D reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or irregular activity. In such cases, the User will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide the required documentation.

Girang4D offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, VIP loyalty rewards, migration bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional material, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Failure to do so will result in the automatic forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.
• Unless otherwise specified, only bets placed on eligible Games contribute towards wagering requirements. Certain games (typically live table games, baccarat, and roulette) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible Player. Claiming multiple accounts or using referral codes on accounts belonging to the same household or device constitutes bonus abuse.
• Girang4D reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a Player is found to have exploited a technical error, system fault, or bonus loophole in order to obtain an unfair advantage, Girang4D reserves the right to void all associated winnings and apply corrective measures to the Account.

All games and betting markets on the Girang4D Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type. In the case of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific rules of a particular game, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

• Bets placed on sporting events — including English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other competitions — are subject to the results declared by the relevant sporting authority or governing body.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted and settled at Girang4D's discretion. Bets placed after an event has concluded, or after a material match event has occurred but before odds have been updated, may be voided.
• Girang4D reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error in odds pricing, whether caused by human error or system malfunction.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface or betting market.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the Platform's server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative.

The following acts constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets, whether in casino games or sports betting.
• Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, manipulate game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and wagered.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of laundering proceeds of criminal activity. Girang4D cooperates with relevant authorities and maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable standards.
• Abuse of Promotions: Registering multiple accounts, coordinating bonus abuse across related accounts, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Underage Access: Providing false information regarding your age in order to access the Platform. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account permanently closed and any deposits returned, with winnings forfeited.

All content on the Girang4D Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual material, is the exclusive intellectual property of Girang4D or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Girang4D.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Girang4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Girang4D makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all services provided therein are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted by consumer protection law, Girang4D's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Girang4D collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We take the security of your personal and financial information seriously. All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Girang4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Girang4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity, including money laundering or chargebacks.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Use of the Platform by an ineligible person, including anyone below the age of 21.
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Any action that jeopardises the integrity or security of the Platform.

Upon termination for cause, Girang4D may withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. Where funds are legitimately owed to the Player and no grounds for forfeiture exist, they will be returned via the original deposit method following satisfactory verification.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Girang4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered Users by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Girang4D is registered and licensed. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the Girang4D Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction. Girang4D makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.
